Contact Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co is seeking a part-time Contact Center Associate to work from home in Medina, SA. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, resourceful, and possess strong planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. 3. Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and update customer records. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of any issues. 5. Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Must have a quiet and dedicated home office space with reliable internet connection.
