Jarir Marketing Company is currently seeking a Contact Center Associate to work from home in Riyadh, SA. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates with no prior experience. Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Assist with order processing, tracking, and fulfillment. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge in order to answer customer inquiries effectively.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to make quick and effective decisions. 4.
