Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Contact Center Manager to join our team at the Saudi Railways Organization in Mecca, SA. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our contact center, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of contact center agents to ensure excellent customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the contact center. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Train and mentor contact center staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 7. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a contact center or customer service management role. 3. Proven experience in planning and project management. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong leadership and team management abilities. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contact center software. 8. Fluent in both Arabic and English.
