Job Description - Remote Contact Center Manager


Job Description:


As a Remote Contact Center Manager at Yanbu Cement Company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our contact center team from a remote location. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support through various communication channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote contact center agents, ensuring they meet performance metrics and achieve customer satisfaction goals. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and streamline processes. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement. 4. Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to contact center agents to enhance their skills and capabilities. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in contact center management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in contact center management. 3. Proven track record of managing remote teams and achieving KPIs. 4. Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire team members. 5. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. 6. Energetic and reliable personality traits. 7. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. 8. Proficiency in using contact center software and CRM systems.
