Job Description - Remote Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team at Advanced Petrochemical Company. As a part-time position based in Medina, SA, you will be responsible for overseeing our contact center operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service for our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a contact center environment, with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and improving operational efficiency.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee daily operations of the remote contact center, including managing a team of customer service representatives and supervisors. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase productivity, and drive revenue growth. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as call volume, average handle time, and customer satisfaction scores, to identify areas for improvement. 4. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback and coaching to team members, and implement training programs as needed. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and a positive customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and technology advancements to continuously improve the contact center operations.


Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in a contact center environment, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams. 4. Ability to work independently and make decisions that align with company goals. 5. Reliable and trustworthy individual who can effectively manage remote teams. 6. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures. 7. Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
