Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Contact Center Manager to join our team at Jarir Marketing Company in a part-time, work-from-home position based in Jeddah, SA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in contact center management, you will be responsible for leading a team of remote customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service to our customers.


Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the contact center, including managing and coaching a team of customer service representatives working remotely - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on contact center performance and key metrics - Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the contact center operations


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in contact center management - Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision - Presentation skills and time management abilities - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
