Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Savola Group, a leading company in Medina, SA, is seeking a Contact Center Manager to work from home on a part-time basis. We are looking for a highly experienced individual with at least 8 years of relevant experience in the field. The ideal candidate will be passionate, hardworking, possess excellent communication skills, and exhibit strong critical thinking abilities.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of contact center agents working remotely - Monitor and evaluate the performance of the contact center team - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Provide coaching and training to contact center agents to enhance their skills and performance - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Proven experience in a contact center or customer service management role - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in using contact center software and tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
