Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time, work-from-home position located in Mecca, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a contact center or customer service management role, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the contact center, ensuring effective customer service delivery - Develop and implement contact center policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement - Train and coach contact center agents to ensure high-quality service is provided to customers - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to address any customer service issues or trends - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the contact center operations


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 7+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills - Creativity in problem-solving and process improvement - Adaptable and motivated to lead a remote team - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
