Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Work from home

Dallah Healthcare Company is seeking a motivated and confident Contact Center Manager to work from home in Riyadh, SA on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong research and persuasion skills.


Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the contact center team - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure targets are met - Train and mentor contact center agents to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Proven experience as a contact center manager or similar role - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and contact center software
