Job Description - Contact Center Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Contact Center Officer to join our team at Al Tazaj in Mecca, SA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels in our contact center.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Providing information about products, services, promotions, and company policies to customers. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues by investigating the root cause and providing appropriate solutions. 4. Escalating complex problems to the relevant departments and following up on resolutions. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system. 6. Collaborating with team members to achieve department goals and targets. 7. Providing feedback on process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong analytical abilities and the ability to troubleshoot problems effectively. 4. Experience in people management and conflict resolution is a plus. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes. 6. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
