Job Description: Zain Saudi Arabia is looking for a Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team in Mecca, SA. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will be independent, motivated, have strong decision-making skills, and excel in a teamwork environment.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and efficient manner - Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
