Remote Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia. This part-time position is perfect for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role. As an Associate Level Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service while working remotely from Mecca, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints related to our shipping services. 3. Research and troubleshoot customer problems to find effective solutions. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience. 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. 4+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service role. 3. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 4. Strong problem-solving and research skills. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English. 6. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 8. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
