Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Panda Retail Company is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in Medina, SA. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. This is a part-time entry-level position with the potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Continuously improve customer service skills through training and development opportunities

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Energetic and motivated personality - Strong analysis and decision-making skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Fluency in Arabic and English
