Job Description - Contact Center Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and driven Contact Center Officer to join our team at the Saudi Electricity Company in Mecca, SA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues they may have regarding their electricity service.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a professional manner 2. Provide information to customers about their electricity accounts, rates, and services 3. Process customer service requests, such as setting up new accounts or transferring service 4. Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as call quality and customer satisfaction ratings


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 5. Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software 7. Motivated and driven to provide the best possible customer service experience
