Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Contact Center Officer to join our team at Panda Retail Company in Jeddah, SA. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service over the phone and online channels. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints - Utilize communication and problem-solving skills to provide excellent customer service - Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our database - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues - Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring a positive customer experience
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong persuasion and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
