Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner. 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 7. Meet personal and team performance targets.

Excellent people management skills in dealing with a variety of customer personalities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5.
