Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


Saudi Cement Company is seeking a driven and resilient Contact Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions. 3. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate team. 5. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of interactions. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction ratings. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or contact center environment. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage people. 3. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus.
