Contact Center Representative

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Contact Center Representative to join the Saudi Arabian Mining Company in Jeddah. As a part-time entry-level position, the Contact Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally 2. Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner 4. Upselling products or services to increase revenue 5. Maintaining customer records and updating databases 6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 7. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. No prior experience required, but customer service experience is a plus 3. Energetic and confident personality 4. Strong presentation and adaptability skills 5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software 8. Must be fluent in English and Arabic
