Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Saudi Electricity Company is seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a remote contact center environment. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts, services, and billing inquiries. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism. 4. Document all customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction targets. 6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 7. Stay current on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to ensure compliance and customer data security. 9. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet. 4. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with team members virtually. 5. Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 6. Strong time management and organizational skills. 7. Leadership abilities to assist in coaching and mentoring team members. 8. Energetic and motivated personality with a positive attitude. 9. Must have a quiet and professional workspace to handle customer calls. 10. Must have a reliable internet connection and access to necessary technology.
