Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


National Water Company is seeking a resilient and motivated Contact Center Representative to join our team in Riyadh. As an Entry Level position with zero years of experience required, this part-time role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in customer service within a reputable company.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to our water services - Provide accurate information to customers regarding account status, billing, service interruptions, and other related topics - Utilize emotional intelligence to de-escalate customer disputes and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction - Engage in strategic planning to anticipate customer needs and improve overall service delivery - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for tracking and reporting purposes - Strive for excellence and uphold high standards in all customer interactions


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence and empathy with customers - Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
