Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team at Al Hokair Group in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers and providing them with excellent service and support.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers in a professional and timely manner - Providing customers with accurate information about our products and services - Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service skills - Documenting all customer interactions and following up as needed - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conducting research to find solutions to customer inquiries or issues


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and with a team - Driven, self-motivated personality - Strong research skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
