Contact Center Representative - Work from home

L'azurde Company for Jewelry is seeking a passionate and reliable Contact Center Representative to join our team and work from home in Mecca, SA. As an associate level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers regarding inquiries, orders, and concerns - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and resolving issues in a timely manner - Educate customers on products, promotions, and sales opportunities - Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution - Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite

Personality traits: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Reliable and accountable for meeting deadlines and commitments

Soft skills: - Adaptability to changing customer needs and company processes - Problem-solving skills to effectively address customer concerns
