Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Mobily is seeking a passionate and energetic Contact Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service over the phone and through digital channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Use effective communication and listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns. 5. Document all interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system. 6. Meet individual and team performance targets. 7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. 8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM systems and digital communication tools. 6. Adaptability to changing customer needs and business requirements. 7. Presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers. 8. Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
