Job Description - Contact Center Specialist


Job Description:


Jarir Marketing Company is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and energetic, with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints - Maintain a positive attitude and strive to exceed customer expectations - Collaborate with other team members to ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively - Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the company database - Stay informed about current promotions, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
