Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

The Saudi Binladin Group is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Contact Center Specialist based in Riyadh, SA. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and order status. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Updating customer records accurately in the database. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence. 2. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
