Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This position is a part-time role and allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Medina, SA.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with product inquiries, orders, and general information - Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as needed - Collaborating with team members to provide seamless customer service - Conducting research to find solutions to complex customer problems - Participating in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Driven and dedicated personality traits - Excellent teamwork and research skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
