Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Care Assistant to join our team located in Jeddah, SA. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns through various communication channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions. - Process customer orders, refunds, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve any customer issues promptly. - Assist with maintaining accurate customer records and databases. - Contribute to the development of customer care policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on creativity and leadership. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Experience in the food and catering industry is a plus. - Must be dedicated and adaptable to changing circumstances and customer needs.
