Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Arabian Pipes Company in Jeddah, SA. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is looking to gain experience in a customer service role and has a passion for exceeding customer expectations. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is necessary, but we do require a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide solutions - Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and bring suggestions for improvement - Assist with special projects and initiatives to enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - Adaptable and able to work independently - Strong attention to detail and ability to plan strategically - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
