Job Description - Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Saudi Binladin Group in Jeddah, SA. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Assist customers with product information, ordering, and issue resolution - Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner - Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in developing and implementing customer care procedures and policies


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and planning abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Experience with CRM software is a plus
