Panda Retail Company is looking for a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. - Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and processing orders as needed. - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution. - Maintaining customer records and updating databases with accurate information. - Collaborating with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Resilient and motivated attitude with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer care. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home.
