Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd in Jeddah, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services. 2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth. 6. Assist in developing and implementing customer care policies and procedures. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and motivated individual with a positive attitude. 2. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
