Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

The Customer Care Assistant at Saudi Railways Organization in Medina, SA will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
