Job Description - Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


Mobily is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a Customer Care Assistant at Mobily, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Provide product information and technical assistance to customers. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 5. Ensure customer accounts are updated with relevant information. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 7. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers. 8. Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of customer service experience. 2. Independent and driven personality traits. 3. Strong adaptability and leadership skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required.
