Job Description - Remote Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Jarir Marketing Company. As a Remote Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat 2. Providing product information and assisting customers with their purchases 3. Taking orders and processing payments accurately 4. Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving 5. Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Staying up to date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing excellent customer service 2. Confident in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently 4. Innovative thinker with critical thinking skills 5. Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home 6. Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software 7. Experience in a remote customer service role is preferred
