Job Description:
Alinma Tokio Marine Company is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Document all customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference. 7. Conduct research and follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution. 8. Use negotiation skills to address customer concerns and find mutually beneficial solutions. 9. Strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight in every interaction. 10. Provide feedback to the management team on ways to improve the customer experience.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 6. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. 7. Must be driven and dedicated to providing exceptional customer care. 8. Must have strong research and negotiation skills.
