Customer Care Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Assistant. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Riyadh, SA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Address customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Provide product and service information to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Communicate feedback and suggestions from customers to the management team

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
