Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

National Industrialization Company is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making it a great opportunity for those looking to begin their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, handling inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner. 2. Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating to senior team members when necessary. 3. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies. 5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. 6. Work collaboratively with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and confident personality that can positively represent the company. 2. Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues. 4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
