Job Description - Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


Saudi Ceramics is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Care Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong decision-making abilities, and a positive attitude towards problem-solving.


Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, orders, inquiries, and issue resolution - Process customer orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product information and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions - Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and provide feedback on ways to enhance customer satisfaction


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work well under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
