Job Description - Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


Zain Saudi Arabia is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Care Associate in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level position, we are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer care role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Guide customers through troubleshooting issues with their mobile phone or internet services - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues as needed - Stay up-to-date on products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics, such as response times and customer satisfaction scores


Requirements: - Adaptability and motivation to excel in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment - Strong critical thinking skills to quickly assess and solve customer problems - Strategic planning abilities to identify trends and proactively address potential issues - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
