Job Description - Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


ACWA Power is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers over the phone, email, and in person to provide information and assistance. 2. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. 4. Input and update customer information in the company database. 5. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. 7. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to customer care activities. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures while carrying out assigned duties. 9. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Hardworking and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong attention to detail and presentation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work well in a team environment. 6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software. 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed.
