Hilton is seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for motivated and resourceful individuals with strong time management and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to guests via phone, email, and chat - Assisting guests with reservations, inquiries, and requests - Handling complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner - Updating guest information in the company database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
