Job Description:

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a calm and efficient manner. 3. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Recommend products or services to meet customer needs. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Assist in maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
