Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Saudi Ceramics in Medina, SA is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team at an Associate Level. We are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, and possess strong negotiation and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Handling and resolving customer complaints and escalations - Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate delivery - Building strong relationships with customers to enhance retention and loyalty - Collaborating with internal teams to improve overall customer experience - Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong negotiation and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
