Customer Care Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Sipchem is currently seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Medina, SA. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven and resourceful, possessing excellent research and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies 6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed 7. Meet and exceed customer care performance goals

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
