Middle East Battery Company is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Care Manager to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 2. Oversee a team of customer service representatives, providing leadership and guidance to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery. 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner. 4. Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns. 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to promote retention and loyalty. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer care to drive continuous improvement. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer care.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven track record of at least 8 years in customer service management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. 5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 6. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems. 7. Fluency in English and Arabic.
