Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team at the Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company. This is a part-time position based in Riyadh, SA, with a seniority level of mid-to-senior. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer care management.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer care representatives to ensure excellent customer service. 2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. 4. Provide training and coaching to the customer care team to enhance their skills and performance. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer care management. 8. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Proven experience in customer care management. 3. Ability to work independently and lead a remote team effectively. 4. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. 5. Strong research and strategic planning skills. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred). 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
