Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team at Bawan Company in Riyadh, SA. As the Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team, ensuring that customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and problem resolution.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Provide training and support to customer service representatives - Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve them in a timely manner - Track and report on key performance indicators related to customer care


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and driven personality traits - Strong adaptability and innovative skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven leadership and team management skills
