Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company is seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner. 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability. 4. Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Provide feedback to management on customer issues and trends.

Requirements: 1. Associate degree or equivalent. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Driven and motivated personality traits. 4. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
