Job Description - Remote Customer Care Officer


Job Description: Saudi Ceramics is seeking a Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Care Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients around the world. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience and possess the personality traits of being confident and reliable.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer problems. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service procedures. 7. Assist in special projects and initiatives as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Planning and presentation skills are essential. 7. Confidence and reliability are key personality traits for success in this role.
