Job description:
Middle East Battery Company is seeking a remote Customer Care Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a positive attitude - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues
Requirements: - Independent and adaptable personality traits - Strong people management and time management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision - Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
